as our new senior provider recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding top-tier aesthetic providers while ensuring a seamless experience for all new hires. the senior talent/provider partner will collaborate directly with hiring managers to drive proactive and active talent acquisition efforts, manage the full onboarding lifecycle, and provide strategic guidance in talent development and compensation management. the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in healthcare recruitment, have a strong understanding of the aesthetic industry, and possess a passion for creating an exceptional new hire experience.
