responsibilities - provide traffic signal/electrical designs
- perform intersection and roadway capacity analyses using hcs, synchro, and simtraffic software
- perform crash and highway safety manual analyses
- provide design and development of conceptual construction staging alternatives and development of traffic control and traffic signing and striping plans
- provide staffing augmentation services for various state and municipal clients
- assist in proposal writing and business development efforts
requirements: - bachelor of science in civil engineering (bsce)
- pe license
- six to fifteen years of experience
- njdot signal design experience
- traffic analysis experience
- able to create a professional deliverable using client standards
- excellent oral and written communication skills
