how you'll contribute:
- oversee the flow of the drive lane. ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- reports directly to the service manager and assists in strategy and reporting.
- maintain a high net promoter score, as a measure of customer satisfaction, by taking ownership of the entire customer experience and carrying out those additional tasks and behaviors that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression.
- provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone, electronic means, or in person, to ensure and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- schedule service appointments and create return appointments after service visits.
- ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- generate clear and accurate work orders that effectively convey customer concerns, satisfy legal, internal, and manufacturer warranty policy and procedure standards, and protect the dealership from liability.
- perform complete and thorough walk-around vehicle inspections.
- thoroughly communicate with and keep customers up to date daily on the status of their vehicle and costs associated with repairs.
- upon completion of service, clearly communicate the value provided to the customer via an active delivery process.
- utilize tools provided to ensure top performance.
- generate loaner/rental agreements and ensure proper documentation is provided to protect the dealership from liability.

requirements:
