requirements:

this role focuses on welding and fabrication work for various industrial projects within the shop

in this role, you will work closely with the team to complete fabrication projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results

perform mig and tig welding on materials such as carbon steel

utilize flux and stick welding techniques as required for specific fabrication projects

fabricate and assemble components based on blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

collaborate with the team to complete projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion

set up and operate shop tools and equipment, including grinders, saws, torches, iron workers, plasma table, and presses

ensure that all fabricated components meet quality standards and project specifications

maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and shop policies

assist with inspections, repairs, and modifications to fabricated components as needed
