we are seeking a dedicated paraprofessional to join our team in the education sector. as a paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting students and educators in a learning environment.
responsibilities
- assist in implementing literacy education and curriculum development activities
- support teachers in managing student behavior and providing individualized attention
- help with preschool and daycare activities, including toddler care
- collaborate with educators to create engaging learning experiences
- communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members
- aid in educating students by reinforcing lessons and providing additional support
qualifications
- experience working with students in an educational setting
- knowledge of early childhood education principles
- strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
- ability to assist with behavior management techniques
- willingness to work collaboratively with teachers and staff members
- certification or coursework in early childhood education is a plus
