- lead and coach a high-performing showroom team with integrity and purpose
- elevate customer experience through refined presentation and service standards

- ensure operations run smoothly and compliantly
compensation & schedule
- guaranteed base salary for the first 3 months
- transition to base + commission + overrides + performance bonuses
- predictable hours, no overnight shifts, and minimal admin burden
