what you'll do

• prepare construction calculations for grading, utilities, pavement, and building layouts.
• draft and manage layout deliverables in autocad civil 3d and trimble business center.
• verify as-built construction against design plans.
• translate civil, architectural, and structural drawings into precise field data for crews.
• coordinate with contractors, superintendents, and project managers.

what you bring

• 5+ years of combined experience in construction layout and calculations.
• strong proficiency in autocad civil 3d and trimble business center.
• ability to interpret construction documents and agency standards.
• field survey experience a plus.
