required qualifications: applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.:the systems support specialist ii acts as site owner for the department of english website and collaborates with chair's office and director of communications to ensure the site is up-to-date and accurate. the support specialist works with the chair's office, director of communications, and other department staff to provide support for digital/print materials for departmental events. in addition, the support specialist is responsible for providing first-call support for department of english classrooms and the dean's office staff. the support specialist works closely with the microcomputer lab coordinator to ensure that all technology concerns are resolved in a timely fashion.
