what you need to bring:
- 5+ years of b2b sales in staffing or business development
- previous experience/background in finance & accounting or business operations is preferred
- excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- demonstrated track record of effective candidate & client generation strategies
- passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
- a bachelor's degree is advantageous
- proficient using google mail, calendaring and shared drives
