we're looking for a motivated technical sales representative / account manager to join our dynamic team.
what you'll do:
- build and maintain relationships with current and new customers
- understand client needs and propose product-based solutions
- serve as the technical and sales point of contact (phone, email, virtual meetings)
- support oems in selecting automation solutions
- assist distributors and implement tailored sales strategies
- keep crm records up-to-date and manage follow-ups
- conduct basic hmi programming to support customers
- troubleshoot and resolve client issues
what you bring:
- 3+ years of sales experience (industrial automation a plus)
- technical aptitude and desire to learn
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- associate's or bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred
