  • five 8-hour day shifts (mon-fri), or

• guaranteed hours: 40 per week

responsibilities

• perform as a cls generalist with rotation:
  • 2 days in microbiology
  • 3 days in general laboratory
• conduct routine and complex laboratory tests across multiple disciplines.
• utilize emr system cpsi/evident for documentation and reporting.
• provide accurate and timely results to support patient care.
• participate in holiday coverage as scheduled.

requirements

• active california cls license (must be current).
• minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• basic microbiology experience required.
• recent blood bank experience strongly preferred.
• tb clearance within the past 12 months.
