qualifications:

  • current unencumbered oregon rn license (required upon submission)
  • healthcare provider bls certification (required)
  • certification as a diabetes educator (cde/cdces) preferred
  • bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
  • prior teaching experience preferred
  • minimum of three (3) years clinical experience as an rn or rd, with emphasis on diabetes care and/or chronic disease management preferred
