We seek a highly experienced and disciplined Head Site Security & Administration, to safeguard our assets and operations to ensure the seamless operations of our renewable energy projects across India. This role is pivotal in maintaining site integrity, risk and crisis management, and managing local stakeholder relations, thereby optimizing operational efficiency.
Blueleaf Energy’s target project sites are located across Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu. At present, projects are under development and operation in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, with planned expansion into the other states in the coming years.
We develop and construct projects on private or revenue land through our JV partners, as well as our development and EPC partners. During the development and construction phases, project activities are managed by our project team, which operates from a project office in the nearest town to the site. Once the project is commissioned, Blueleaf Energy’s Asset Management team assumes responsibility for operations for the remainder of the project’s lifecycle, typically around 25 years.
