Job Goal
The Affiliate Marketing Team Lead is responsible for owning, scaling, and optimizing the affiliate marketing channel end-to-end to drive profitable growth for a Home, Garden, and Furniture e-commerce business.
This role leads the affiliate team, defines channel strategy, manages budgets and partner relationships, and ensures that affiliate traffic delivers high-quality revenue, strong ROI, and brand-safe growth. The role also acts as a key cross-functional link between Marketing, Commercial, BI, and Tech teams.

- Driving revenue and achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Have the ability to understand data, make reports, optimize campaign, troubleshoot, make good margins in the campaigns.
