The Role

We're hiring an experienced Affiliate & IB Partnerships Manager to build and lead our affiliate and introducing-broker network from day one. This is not a performance marketing or media buying role. The core of this job is your existing book of affiliate/IB relationships and your ability to activate it fast.

You'll own the full affiliate lifecycle: recruiting partners, onboarding them, keeping a roster active and producing, and scaling the network into TBM's primary revenue channel.

What you'll do

• Bring your existing affiliate/IB relationships onto TBM and activate them in the first 30–60 days
• Recruit, vet, and onboard new affiliates across India.
• Build and maintain a roster of 15+ active affiliates , each hitting a minimum monthly volume target
• Own commission structuring, attribution integrity, and timely USDT payouts alongside the ops team
• Run direct outreach and relationship management — not paid campaigns
• Report weekly on roster health, activation rates, and net revenue contribution
