Field of activity:

D7 is the platform of Clearstream that offers innovative services to its customers for the issuance of financial securities such as shares, warrants and funds. In other words without the Issuance services, there would be nothing to trade on the German financial market, and the supply will get short for the international markets too. The D7 IT Team develops the next-generation software that enables our business colleagues and customers to boost volume and processing efficiency and as a result to increase revenue and decrease operational costs.

As a Senior Blockchain Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new and existing components to fulfil the functional and technical requirements. You are expected to have a deep expertise in Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT), smart contract development, and decentralized application architecture. Your ability to work on scalable blockchain infrastructure, secure cryptographic systems, and EVM based platforms including Hyperledger Besu will be the key to future success of the D7 Blockchain solution.

• Communicate with business owners, business operation people and business analysts from the different departments to understand and shape the requirements
• Implement, and maintain DLT-based systems and blockchain infrastructure.
• Develop and audit smart contracts following secure development standards.
• Contribute in building scalable architectures for dApps, including backend services, transaction pipelines, and on-chain/off-chain interactions.
• Work with consensus mechanisms, permissioning models, and network governance.
• Build and maintain blockchain bridges between EVM-based networks and external (offchain / onchain) systems.
• Integrate Web3 tooling (ethers.js, web3.js, wallets, RPC endpoints).
• Conduct smart contract and infrastructure security reviews.
• Write technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Security, Product, and Architecture

Qualifications / Required skills:

• University degree in computer science
• 8+ years overall professional experience in IT
• Strong knowledge of DLT fundamentals, peer to peer networks, and distributed consensus.
• Proven experience with EVM-based blockchain platforms, including contract deployment and execution.
• Experience designing and building dApp architectures, both on-chain and off-chain
• Proficiency in Solidity.
• Familiarity with bridges, cross-chain messaging, or interoperability protocols
• Excellent communication skills - You explain the IT topics in a manner understandable to people without an IT background. You do not hesitate to ask questions, express your doubts or kindly challenge ideas during discussions. You have no problem admitting and accepting mistakes

Role: Principal Product Manager (Blockchain/Web3.0)/ WFO 5 days - Noida

You will take the role of a Principal Product Manager, who understands technology and would work with the hardcore developers and business teams to define a market researched, data-backed product strategy, PRD with a strategic roadmap for a live GTM. You will achieve this by collaborating with the design team to determine the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of the product. Your data-backed approach will be driven by market research and detailed internal and external stakeholder discussions.

Build, Develop, Implement, and maintain core blockchain modules in Go using the Cosmos SDK, including a sophisticated, role-based token-factory for native asset issuance.
