We're seeking an experienced Blockchain Engineer to help build and scale a major financial institution-backed stable coin project. You'll be working on critical smart contract development, protocol design, and system architecture that powers our DApp.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust smart contracts in Solidity for stablecoin protocol including minting/burning mechanisms, collateral vaults, and automated market operations.
• Build and integrate with price oracle systems to ensure accurate real-time valuation and maintain peg stability.
• Conduct comprehensive testing, participate in internal and external audits, and implement best practices to protect user funds.
• Optimize gas efficiency across all contract interactions while maintaining code readability and security.
• Develop and maintain upgradeable contract architectures using proxy patterns and governance mechanisms.
• Integrate with various DeFi protocols, bridges, and cross-chain infrastructure to expand our stablecoin's utility and reach.

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Solidity with at least 2 years of production smart contract development experience.
• Deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), gas optimization techniques, and contract design patterns.
• Proven track record of deploying and maintaining smart contracts on Ethereum mainnet or major L2 networks.
• Strong knowledge of DeFi protocols including lending markets, AMMs, and stablecoin mechanisms (both algorithmic and collateralized).
• Experience with development frameworks such as Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle. Solid understanding of smart contract security vulnerabilities (reentrancy, front-running, oracle manipulation, etc.) and mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies including unit tests, integration tests, and fork testing. Experience with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js) and blockchain indexing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working on stablecoin projects or other financial primitives in DeFi.
• Knowledge of Hedera Hashgraph and its Solidity-compatible smart contract service.
• Experience with Layer 2 solutions such as Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, or Base.
• Familiarity with cross-chain bridges and multi-chain deployment strategies.
• Understanding of tokenomics and mechanism design for stablecoins.
• Experience participating in or conducting smart contract audits.
• Knowledge of formal verification tools like Certora or Slither.
• Contributions to open-source DeFi projects or Ethereum improvement proposals. Understanding of regulatory frameworks affecting stablecoins (MiCA, US stablecoin legislation, etc.).

The key role includes:-

-Hosting of Blockchain nodes, Solidity audits / investigation, smart contracts, in-house development of smart contracts, Crypto token etc.,

-Create and develop blockchain-based applications using popular blockchain frameworks like Ethereum, Hyperledger, and others, addressing real-world business problems.

-Integrate blockchain technology into existing business processes or software solutions to improve security, transparency, and efficiency.

-Design blockchain applications with appropriate privacy protocols (e.g., zero-knowledge proofs) to ensure sensitive data is protected while remaining on the blockchain.

-Maintain detailed documentation for blockchain solutions, smart contracts, and network configurations for future reference, audits, and transparency."

Essential Qualification

BE/Btech/M.Tech Degree in Computer Science/IT/Data Science or MCA with First Division or with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University/Institution,

Advanced certifications in blockchain development "Minimum 5 years of experience in Designing and development of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on various blockchain platforms.

Job Role:

As a core backend and blockchain engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, installing, and maintaining Hyperledger Fabric networks, and later developing high-performance backend services using Golang . You will contribute to shaping our technical platform and delivering cutting-edge enterprise blockchain products.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage Hyperledger Fabric network components (Orderers, Peers, CAs, Channels, Chaincodes, MSP).
• Develop, deploy, and maintain chaincode (smart contracts) using Go.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Fabric components for security, scalability, and reliability.
• Design and develop backend platforms and microservices using Go.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code aligned with business requirements.
• Prepare and maintain low-level design and infrastructure documentation.
• Research and implement new blockchain solutions that align with product requirements.
• Optimize backend and blockchain services for performance and scalability.
