Junior Finance & Bookkeeping Officer

We are looking for a Junior Finance & Bookkeeping Officer to support routine finance execution work for Australian-based businesses.

This role is ideal for someone who is accurate, reliable, process-driven, and comfortable managing recurring finance administration tasks . You will help keep finance records clean, current, and ready for review by the senior finance team.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on bookkeeping, billing support, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll preparation, reconciliations, finance inbox management, and basic reporting support.

Role Purpose

The Junior Finance & Bookkeeping Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate day-to-day finance records and supporting the smooth running of finance operations.

The role is not senior or strategic. The main purpose is to ensure finance data is complete, organised, up to date, and ready for senior review.
