About the Role

We're a high-performing Shopify agency delivering Figma-to-Shopify stores with premium design. But we don't stop at aesthetics - we want every store to be fully functional, optimized, and launch-ready.

We're looking for a Shopify Specialist who can go beyond design and handle store setup, app integration, CRO improvements, and bug testing - ensuring every site we deliver is ready to convert from Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Set up complete Shopify stores (apps, domain, payments, shipping, etc.)
• Optimize pages for conversion (CRO review of layout, CTA, product flow)
• Perform full quality assurance (cross-device testing, mobile responsiveness, link/function checks)
• Collaborate with designers & developers to finalize stores before delivery
• Follow internal checklist/SOP for "launch-ready" status
• Create and maintain store handover documentatio

Requirements

• Proven experience with Shopify store setup (including settings, payments, shipping)
• Good knowledge of CRO and UI/UX design impact on sales
• Eye for bugs, UI flaws, or issues that impact user experience
• Familiarity with popular Shopify apps (e.g., Judge.me, PageFly, ReConvert, etc.)
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Bonus: Experience using Figma or QA tools

Nice to Have

• Understanding of Shopify speed optimization tools
• Experience with SEO basics on Shopify
• Hands-on experience with GA4 or heatmap tools
