  • Do Quality Analysis of recipes processed by the team, update JIRA with the feedback and ensure corrective steps are taken.
  • Work as a Subject Matter Expert on the functional domain and support the team for functional queries. Troubleshoot recipe queries on floor and escalate to manager as needed.

You'll work closely with our Product and Customer Enablement teams to turn technical features into clear, user-friendly educational resources. If you enjoy breaking down complicated concepts, thinking like a user, and designing step-by-step learning experiences, this internship is for you.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in technical writing, UX content, instructional design, or product education. You'll be exposed to the inner workings of product teams and gain hands-on experience in user-focused communication.

What You'll Do

  • Create clear and concise product documentation such as how-to guides and onboarding materials
  • Produce simple instructional videos (screen recordings with voiceover or captions)
  • Write training scripts and step-by-step walkthroughs for product features
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and enablement specialists
  • Think from a user's perspective to anticipate common questions and pain points
  • Test product features hands-on to better understand and document them accurately

What We're Looking For

  • Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and simplicity
  • Curiosity to learn new tools and systems
  • Ability to think like a user and explain technical concepts in layman's terms
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality content
  • Comfortable creating basic screen recordings or walkthrough videos (no editing expertise required)
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to ask questions and grow

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in writing product help articles, FAQs, or training materials
  • Interest in technical communication, UX writing, or instructional design
  • Familiarity with tools like Loom, Notion, Confluence, or Figma
