Key Responsibility Areas

1.Lead, support, and train Counselling Leads across multiple cities.

2. Develop and implement strategies to improve admission conversions and team effectiveness (Calling/ Face to Face Counselling).

3. Ensure counselling quality and standardization across all centres.

4. Collaborate with city teams, central functions, and business leaders for alignment.

5. Enforce process discipline in lead follow-ups, documentation, and counselling interactions.

6. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and organize hiring/training initiatives. 7. Monitor and ensure compliance adherence among counselling teams.

Key Performance Indicators

1. Deliver on regional admission targets.
