Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, high-quality training sessions in Data Analytics or Data Science, aligned with the defined curriculum
• Design and execute hands-on exercises, assignments, and real-world case studies to ensure practical understanding
• Mentor and guide learners through projects, doubt-solving sessions, and career-oriented discussions
• Simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand frameworks for learners from diverse backgrounds
• Continuously update training content to reflect current industry trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in the following areas:
• For Data Analytics: Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI and/or Tableau, data visualization, dashboard design
• For Data Science: Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn), Machine Learning algorithms, basic AI concepts, model evaluation techniques
• Experience working with real-world datasets and solving business problems using data
• Understanding of end-to-end data workflows (data cleaning, analysis, visualization, modeling)
• Ability to design practical assignments and case studies based on real industry scenarios
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively
• Familiarity with training tools, LMS platforms, or online/offline teaching environments is a plus

• 3 to 5 years of IT Industry experience with deep focus in BI or data warehousing or any analytics projects
