The Manager, Data Analytics & Innovation is part of the Revenue Management Organization. This role is responsible for expanding the capabilities of the Revenue Management Continuous Improvement team to enhance decision-making and embed innovation into revenue operations. • 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a data driven role within complex and data intensive environments
• Experience leading teams within a global and cross functional environment
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of GenAI, Agentic AI, and ML solutions, including design, data integration, agent development, validation, deployment, and ongoing optimization to transform operational or analytical workflows that depend on robust and reliable data
• Experience working with large relational datasets and writing advanced SQL queries that involve complex joins, filtering logic, and performance optimized data retrieval
