Requirements

What you'll do

We are looking for a creative thinker with a strong eye for visual storytelling, brand identity, and design aesthetics. Someone who can translate ideas into compelling visuals while maintaining brand consistency across multiple touchpoints.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand brand objectives, project goals, and design requirements.
Translate briefs and conceptual ideas into thoughtful and visually compelling brand design solutions.
Contribute to the creation and evolution of brand identities, ensuring visual consistency across all design outputs.
Design visual assets and brand elements that align with the brand's identity, tone, and communication style.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual systems, and design standards that can be applied across different platforms and products.
Explore and contribute new creative ideas that strengthen the visual identity and storytelling of the brands you work on.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure that brand expression remains consistent across product experiences and digital interfaces.
Present design concepts and clearly explain visual decisions to clients and stakeholders when required.
Stay updated with design trends, typography, visual systems, and digital design practices to continuously elevate the quality of work.
Maintain well-organized design files and documentation of brand assets for future scalability and reference.

Job Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Brand Designer, Visual Designer, or Graphic Designer, preferably within a design agency or digital product environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing branding, identity design, and visual design work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, colour theory, layout systems, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to translate abstract ideas and brand strategies into clear and compelling visual outputs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A curious and creative mindset with a passion for visual design, branding, and digital aesthetics.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles will be considered a plus.

Job Title: NoC Architect

About the role: We are seeking a NoC Architect with prior research experience in Networks-on-Chip (NoCs) and proficiency in architecture, micro-architecture or software. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our technology portfolio, bringing expertise and creativity to our solutions.

Responsibilities :

Develop cutting edge NoC architecture solutions for complex chiplets and SoC's
Develop Baya's system software or microarchitecture for a set of highly configurable IPs
Develop core software optimization algorithms and platforms
Build performance models for NoC's and other IP's

Qualifications:

PhD in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with focus on Networks-on-Chip (NoCs)
Strong understanding of computer architecture, memory hierarchies and networking concepts
Strong object-oriented programming skills with Python/C++/System Verilog
Experience with AXI/ACE/CHI or similar protocols
Expert level knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms
Expert level knowledge of building concurrent system models
Understanding of software systems design and modelling
Experience with modern code development practices: Git, CI, UI
