Position Overview:-

HexaHealth is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive - Doctor Network to manage doctor operations, recruitment, and support processes. This role involves ensuring seamless coordination with doctors, addressing their operational challenges, and enhancing patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:-

● Doctor Coordination: Plan schedules, align doctors for surgeries, and ensure timely hospital

arrival.

● Doctor Operations: Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions.

● Doctor Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for doctors.

● Doctor Counselling: Train newly onboarded doctors on OPDs and patient interaction.

● Doctor Payouts: Ensure timely and accurate payout processing for doctors.

● Communication Liaison: Act as a bridge between the PCS and doctor teams, ensuring effective

information exchange.
