Eligibility: PhD (or equivalent) in the relevant area. Should have demonstrated teaching excellence, a strong research track record, and academic administration experience. PhD candidates from leading B-Schools who are close to thesis submission can also apply.

The ideal candidate should:

- Be capable of teaching courses such as Strategic Management, Sustainability, and Business Research Methods.

- Should have expertise in teaching both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
