Role "Client Success Executive - Technical (Facebook Ads)

Responsibilities

1. Take New Clients System Launch Calls
2. Launch Fb ads, & other SOPs for each client as per their scheduled call
3. Take Support as scheduled
4. Be Available on Call & Text support to clients
5. Reporting to Team
6. Testing new campaigns for better results for clients
7. Making sure the client gets maximum results
8. Follow SOP's

Qualifications

Facebook Ads, CRM Skills, Pabbly, Hindi (Native or Fluent), English (Fluent), Client Facing skills, Soft Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ownership, Conviction, Competitiveness, Serving attitude
