Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Designer, located in Karur. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating and developing new designs, overseeing the production of garments, ensuring proper fit, and working with textiles and embroidery techniques. Additional responsibilities include researching emerging trends, developing prototypes, and collaborating with team members to bring creative ideas to life.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fashion Design, creating innovative and contemporary styles
• Knowledge of Fitting to ensure clothing meets both aesthetic and practical standards
• Relevant educational background in Fashion Design or related fields
• Freshers or college students are also welcome

Location: Jaipur, India (willing to move)

The Role

We’re looking for a  strong, hands-on designer who understands both creativity and construction — someone who can think like an artist, execute like a technician, and collaborate like a builder.

You’ll work closely with our production team and artisans to develop silhouettes, embroidery, and prints that blend heritage and modernity — while also contributing to sourcing and material innovation.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented Fashion Designer to create stunning home furnishing products that blend style, comfort, and functionality. You'll design and develop products that reflect our brand's aesthetic and appeal to our target market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop home furnishing products (curtains, upholstery, wall arts, bed stories etc.)

- Create sketches, prototypes, and samples

- Select fabrics, materials, and trimmings

- Collaborate with production team to ensure design feasibility

- Stay updated on trends and competitor activity

- Assist with product launches and marketing
