We are currently in the process of hiring our karigars, and our workshop is set to begin operations on 15th July. While production is just starting, the design and concept for our first capsule collection are already finalised. We are working toward a launch date of 27th October this year and have partnered with a very famous PR and marketing agency to manage the brand's official debut.

Role Overview

Confluence Guild Co. is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Lead Fashion Designer who's ready to grow fast and own a lot. You don't need to have done everything yet — but you need to be the kind of person who figures things out, moves quickly, and takes real pride in your craft. This is a hands-on role where you'll touch every part of the product lifecycle, from first sketch to finished garment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Creative Direction

• Develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, and color palettes.
