This is a full-time on-site role for a Figma UI/UX Designer located in Noida. The candidate will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-centered interfaces and workflows. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, conducting user research, and ensuring seamless user experiences. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining consistency in the design system and translating abstract ideas into engaging, intuitive designs.

• Proficiency in UI design tools, particularly Figma, with experience in wireframing and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, including user research, persona creation, and usability testing.

We are seeking a strategic Lead UX Designer to drive the UX vision and design direction across multiple products and initiatives. You will lead a team of designers, establish design standards, and partner with product and technology leadership to deliver impactful user experiences.

This role focuses on defining UX strategy, scaling design systems in Figma, and ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences across B2B and enterprise product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• UX Strategy: Define UX vision, principles, and roadmaps in partnership with product and business leadership.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach UX designers across multiple projects, driving craft quality and consistency.
• Design Systems Ownership: Build, manage, and govern enterprise-scale Figma design systems (components, variables, tokens, modes, branching).

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to align on priorities, present design strategies, and influence decision-making.

• Industry Focus: Experience in EdTech projects is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• AI Projects: Significant experience designing AI/ML-driven products or features is a strong bonus.
• B2B & Enterprise: Extensive experience designing for B2B and enterprise applications across web and mobile.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio with strategic and end-to-end case studies, including examples of design systems and team leadership.
