The Role:

Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.
18–20 years of relevant experience, including 6–8 years in a senior finance/strategic role.
Strong expertise in corporate finance, M&A, and treasury operations
Lead growth initiatives through mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Conduct market analysis and due diligence to evaluate strategic and financial fit.
Perform cash flow forecasting, calculate synergies, and assess impact on profitability.
Develop and oversee treasury management strategies and activities.
Forecast and monitor cash flows; advise leadership on liquidity improvement opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with banks and negotiate competitive financing terms.
Manage foreign exchange inflows/outflows and implement effective hedging strategies.
Lead financial risk management to diversify and reduce exposure.
Assess capital requirements, borrowing needs, and fund allocation for optimal utilization.
Evaluate investment opportunities and support leadership in strategic financial decisions.
