Requirements
• 2 - 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in a D2C marketing agency or digital marketing agency.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Proven experience in handling D2C e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion funnels, and scaling strategies.
• Experience with Shopify/e-commerce marketing and conversion-focused campaign execution is preferred.
• Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking integrations is mandatory.
