• Lead Paid Search strategy and execution for US and UK B2C clients.

• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to maximise campaign performance.

• Minimum 4+ years of Performance Marketing experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.

• Strong expertise in Google Ads with hands on experience in Google Search Ads, Performance Max, AI Max, Shopping Campaigns and advanced conversion tracking.

• Proven experience managing high budget Paid Search campaigns for US and UK B2C clients.

• Collaborate with the content and creative team to ensure ad-to-landing-page message match and conversion-focused user journeys
• Prepare weekly performance reports per account with clear analysis and recommendations, maintained in ClickUp

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously; agency experience preferred
• Proven results with lead-generation campaigns (education or healthcare sector experience is a strong plus) and/or e-commerce campaigns
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and campaign quality-assurance processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; working proficiency in Hindi or Punjabi is a plus for client contexts
