We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who doesn't just execute campaigns but owns growth, builds trusted client relationships, and delivers measurable business impact.

What You'll Do
• Lead Paid Search strategy and execution for US and UK B2C clients.
• Manage high spend Google Ads campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, AI Max, Shopping, Display and Remarketing.
• Build and maintain insightful performance dashboards using Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) and other leading analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance, uncover growth opportunities, present actionable insights, and support data driven decision making for US and UK clients.
• Drive customer acquisition through Meta Ads as a complementary channel.
• Own client communication, strategy calls, reporting, account management and performance reviews with US and UK stakeholders.
• Scale campaigns through continuous optimisation, audience strategy, bidding, attribution, conversion rate optimisation and ROAS improvement.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to maximise campaign performance.
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 4+ years of Performance Marketing experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads with hands on experience in Google Search Ads, Performance Max, AI Max, Shopping Campaigns and advanced conversion tracking.
• Proven experience managing high budget Paid Search campaigns for US and UK B2C clients.
• Meta Ads experience for customer acquisition.
• Strong client facing experience with exceptional communication and account management skills.
• Experience managing multiple international client accounts independently.
• Good working knowledge of Shopify, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads and Pinterest Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in PPC, SEM, Paid Search, Paid Acquisition, CRO, ROAS optimisation and performance reporting.

• You have transitioned from SEO into Paid Search with only 1 to 2 years of Google Ads experience.
• Your experience is predominantly in B2B marketing.
• You have worked primarily in an in house marketing team.

• You have less than 4 years of relevant agency experience.
