Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to support our design team in developing innovative interior solutions. The candidate will assist in space planning, material selection, project coordination, and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior designers in developing design concepts and layouts.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation boards.
• Source materials, finishes, furniture, and décor items as per design requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, site teams, and clients to ensure design execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality standards.
• Support the team in creating BOQs, cost estimates, and design documentation.
• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of 3ds Max

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.

Responsibilities

• To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure.
• To own Customer Experience during a project.
• To lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
• To own an end to end Project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree 3 - 5 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong creative and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to execute
