JavaScript Developer:

Technical Requirements:

• 5-7 years of IT experience preferably in JavaScript/ React JS framework.
• Has basic UI development skills, JavaScript, React JS, Npm and artifactory skills.
• Has to be good in debugging and optimizing existing codebase.
• Good Exposure to GIT, CICD concepts, Docker, Kubernetes and preferably has hands on experience in them.
• Automation experience appreciated.
• Has understanding of testing and willing to pick up testing as part of delivery when needed.
• Has Exposure and understanding of Agile Practices in Project Delivery.

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Should have good communication skills
• Should be active, motivated and driven to learn new technologies and expand skill set.
• Should be able to deliver independently and also be able to collaborate.
• Should be comfortable with Shifts if situation demands (MTP or critical MI Support).

React Developer (node.Js exposure) | 5-7 Years | 📍 Gurugram | Immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.Js and Next.Js
• Build responsive and pixel-perfect UI using HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript
• Integrate REST APIs / JSON-based APIs and handle data efficiently
• Work with Node.Js for server-side or API-related tasks (as required)
• Ensure SEO best practices are implemented (SSR, meta tags, structured data, performance)
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend and integration issues
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with React.Js and Next.Js
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Typescript
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS
• Experience with Node.Js
• Strong understanding of JSON and API integration
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals for modern web applications
• Experience in website performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, code splitting, etc.)
