Responsibilities:

• Implementation SPOC to lead and coordinate the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, legal teams, and technology partners to ensure successful delivery and adoption of the CLM solution

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for end-to-end CLM implementation initiatives
• Gather and translate legal and contracting requirements into functional system specifications
• Collaborate with Legal, Digital Office, Service lines SPOCs, IT, and external vendors during implementation
• Configure and support workflows across contract authoring, review, approval, execution, and renewal
• Manage implementation timelines, risks, testing, and go-live readiness (This will be jointly managed by SPOC and Digital Office)
