The Subject Matter Expert (SME) – CNC Programming & Manufacturing Engineer is a highly experienced and technically proficient leader to implement global standardization and technical innovation. While CNC programming is a key part of the role, this position goes beyond programming execution to support manufacturing engineering and process excellence. The ideal candidate will serve as a foundational pillar for our Machining Community of Practice, mentoring, and executing excellence in multi-axis machining, turning, grinding, advanced tooling design, and complex aerospace component repair and new make products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review and execute complex multi-axis CNC programming (3-5 axis) utilizing digital manufacturing techniques.

• Provide technical mentorship to manufacturing engineers, technologists, and technicians.

• Ensure effective technology transition from engineering to operations.

• Identify and implement engineering solutions to reduce cycle times and fabrication costs.

• Design advanced work-holding to improve legacy and new processes.

• Advanced knowledge of CNC programming, traditional machining processes, and aero-engine materials/alloys.

Job Title: Design Engineer – Airbus Manufacturing Support

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for Design Engineers with 2–5 years of experience in Aerospace/Airbus projects. Candidate should have hands-on experience in CATIA V5/V6, structural design, and manufacturing/production support activities.

Experience in Airbus programs such as A320/A350/A330, concessions, MRB, assembly support, or shopfloor issue resolution is preferred.

• Role Overview We are hiring an MES Engineer with experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), DCS environments, and mining/cement industries. The candidate will be responsible for MES support, system integration, troubleshooting, and coordination with plant and automation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Review product designs and apply DFM principles to ensure manufacturability, reliability,

and cost-effectiveness.

● Translate designs into physical builds — including prototyping, fabrication, and

assembly of components and systems.

● Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency,

quality, and scalability.

● Work hands-on with machining, fabrication, and assembly processes (drilling,

tapping, welding support, fitting, etc.).

● Conduct tolerance analysis, GD&T reviews, and design validation to ensure robust

production.

● Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost

reduction.

● Collaborate with design, R&D, and engineering teams to shorten product development

cycles.

● Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in the

manufacturing environment.

● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production processes, equipment, and

assemblies.

● Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and assembly procedures.

● Evaluate and implement automation and Industry 4.0 solutions where relevant.

● Train and support production staff in new processes, tools, and best practices.

● Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality materials, tooling, and components.
