We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with strong expertise in aerospace manufacturing, CAD tools, digital engineering, and process planning to support aeropspace programs.

The role involves developing efficient manufacturing processes, creating MBOMs, and collaborating with global cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and cost-effective production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for aerospace components and assemblies.
• Create and manage MBOMs , routings, and manufacturing data using SAP .
• Perform process planning, process simulation , and digital manufacturing activities.
• Prepare detailed work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
• Utilize 3DEXPERIENCE and CATIA V5 for manufacturing engineering and design integration.
• Support production, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and stakeholders across aerospace programs.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, safety, and quality requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects.

NC Programming and Manufacturing Engineer Role Overview:

The NC Programming and Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing NC programs and manufacturing processes for aerospace products. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient production of high quality components, adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

NC Programming and Manufacturing Development:

• Create NC programs using CATIA V5 based on part geometry and programming guidelines.

• Validate NC programs through Vericut Software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Develop setup sheets for machine operators to facilitate production. Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with Aerospace manufacturing engineers on work packages, ensuring clear communication on project requirements and rework.

• Collaborate with production teams and vendors to enhance manufacturing processes and tooling design.

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure all NC programs and processes comply with safety and quality standards.

• Participate in the review and validation of tool designs and manufacturing processes.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate documentation of NC programs, process plans, and quality reports using MS Office applications.
