• Experience in leading the requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model

• Knowledge of interfaces with the MES application and external applications like ERP, LIMS, Equipment, HMI etc.
• Should have a fair understanding of computer system and manufacturing validations process.

We are seeking a talented and motivated System Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge EV technologies.

Job Description: System Engineer

Responsibilities:

Requirement gathering and analysis from Market / Customer .

Perform vehicle-level and sub-system-level calculations (torque, power, efficiency, thermal, etc.) for system sizing and optimization.

Derive & Define system-level requirements specifications and architecture for the EV Power train ( Specific Drive Control)

Design, develop, and optimize electrical and electronic systems for electric vehicles in collaboration with cross function team.

Conduct system-level analysis and simulations to ensure performance, reliability, and safety.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automotive engineering principles into EV systems.

Support the development and implementation of new features and improvements in EV systems.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications and test plans.

Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system issues.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in EV technology.

Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Automotive Engineering.

Master's degree (MTech) in a related field.

Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems in automotive applications.

Experience with system-level design and analysis.

Strong understanding of EV Powertrain components: Motor Controllers, Electric Motors (BLDC, PMSM), Gearboxes, and system-level energy flow.

Proficiency in simulation and modelling tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).and requirement management tools.

Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, LIN) and diagnostic methods (UDS, OBD).

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electric vehicles.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the EV industry or related automotive sectors.

Familiarity with battery management systems and power electronics.

Knowledge of embedded systems and software development.

Experience with automotive safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262).
