Job Role - Music Teacher (Vocal / Instrumental)

Eligibility Criteria — Music Teacher (Vocal / Instrumental)

1. Educational Qualifications (Essential)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Music (B.Mus) OR
• Master’s Degree in Music (M.Mus) OR
• Sangeet Visharad / equivalent recognised certification OR
• Degree/Diploma in Performing Arts (Music)

2. Professional Training

Candidate should have formal training in one or more:

• Classical (Hindustani or Carnatic) Vocal
• Western Vocal
• Instrumental Music (Keyboard, Guitar, Tabla, Violin, etc.)
• Choir training / ensemble direction
• Music theory and notation

Preference for candidates who can teach both theory and practical .

3. Teaching Qualification (Preferred)

• B.Ed. in Music / Education (desirable but not mandatory)
• Diploma in Music Education or Teacher Training
