Role Overview

We are seeking a Medical Educator – Orthopaedics & Trauma to train and support internal teams like social media strategists and sales & marketing personnel. This role focuses on educating teams on orthopaedic and trauma products, procedures, and best clinical practices, ensuring medical accuracy across all content, communication, and customer interactions. The educator will act as the clinical bridge between products and business teams, providing strong insights that improve understanding, storytelling, and sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

* Train internal teams on orthopaedic & trauma implants, instruments, and procedures

* Educate creative teams (VFX, video, social media) to ensure clinically accurate content

* Support sales & marketing teams with product knowledge, indications, and usage guidelines

* Develop internal training modules, presentations, SOPs, and reference material

* Review and validate marketing content, videos, brochures, and presentations for medical accuracy

* Assist in product launches by enabling internal stakeholders with clinical knowledge

* Act as a clinical advisor for campaigns, demos, and international distributor communication
