The Power Learning Centre is one of the largest multi-disciplinary Centres in Mumbai, with 2 branches of 2500 sq ft in Santacruz W & Goregaon E. As we expand, we are on the lookout for additional Senior Speech Therapists to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, therapy planning, and effective communication with parents and team members.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools and clinical assessments.
• Administer appropriate standardized tests and evaluation tools.
• Prepare detailed and timely assessment reports for each child.
• Design individualized intervention plans and monthly goal plans.
• Revise goals regularly based on each child’s progress.
• Ensure consistent parental engagement and build trust for continued therapy participation.
• Conduct monthly progress reviews with parents and obtain signed feedback.
• Re-evaluate children periodically and prepare quarterly progress reports.
• Maintain comprehensive session notes, attendance sheets, and other required documentation.

Role Description

This is a full-time/part-time consultant roles for a Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Special Educator located in Chennai. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech disorders, communication disorders, dysphagia, and language disorders, The role involves creating treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The therapist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and providing support and education to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy
• BOT or MOT
• Relevant Degree in Special Education
