Key Responsibilities:

a) Payroll Management, Statutory Compliances & Benefits Administration

• Deliver accurate and timely Payroll Processing every month, monitor and hold monthly review with Payroll Vendor, Quarterly review with Statutory Compliance Vendor.
• Report any control issue on a timely basis to direct reporting manager with resolutions.
• Run quarterly, half-yearly and annual processes: new payroll calendar, annual closing, taxation reconciliation, actuarial valuation and Benefits renewal, annual leave system closure and launch, etc.
