Job Summary

Nuclear Medicine Physician is responsible for safe prescription, administration and supervision of diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures, ensuring optimal patient care, radiation safety, regulatory compliance and adherence to AERB guidelines. This role includes patient counselling, staff training, radiation protection oversight, and coordination with regulatory authorities as and when required or instructed by HOD / Management

Education:

• MBBS, DNB, MD Postgraduate qualification in Nuclear Medicine, such as:
• MD (Nuclear Medicine), or
• DM (Nuclear Medicine), or
• DNB (Nuclear Medicine) (National Board of Examinations)
• AERB–approved Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) certification / eligibility, as applicable
• Valid registration with State Medical Council / NMC

Key Skills / Experience

• Experience in PET-CT, SPECT, and advanced nuclear medicine procedures
• Training or certification in PET radiopharmaceuticals
• Familiarity with AERB, NABH and institutional regulatory requirements

Primary Responsibilities

• Prescribe, supervise and ensure accurate administration of radiopharmaceuticals, including patient counselling on radiation

Earth On Sky is establishing an AI-assisted primary care clinic in Hyderabad using healthcare software developed by our product and engineering team.

We are looking for a qualified, technology-oriented General Physician / Medical Officer who will provide patient care, help establish and operate the clinic, and work closely with our team to improve the clinical safety and usefulness of our AI-assisted clinic platform.

The technology is designed to support—not replace—the doctor. Every AI-generated summary, differential diagnosis, laboratory interpretation, care-plan suggestion, or follow-up recommendation must be independently reviewed and approved by the treating physician.

Attend OP and IP patients and provide appropriate medical care.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

Handle emergency medical cases whenever required.

Conduct regular inpatient rounds and monitor patient progress.
