Role Purpose

Owns the end-to-end mutual fund experience on both mobile app and website from discovery and first SIP to long-term portfolio growth and exits. This role is responsible for turning mutual funds into a flagship wealth product for the platform, with a clean, trustworthy, and habit-forming experience across every user journey.

Key Ownership Areas

The Product Manager – Mutual Funds will directly own the following product surfaces and journeys

across mobile app and web:

• Discovery & Research — Fund discovery, categorisation, ratings, comparisons, curated collections, and New Fund Offers (NFOs)

• Transaction Journeys — Lump-sum, SIP setup, SIP modifications, step-up SIP, STP, SWP, switch, and redemption flows

• Onboarding & Mandates — MF-specific KYC, FATCA declaration, nominee registration, and bank mandate / e-NACH setup

• Goals & Portfolios — Goal-based investing, recommended baskets, and model portfolios for long- term wealth creation

• Holdings & Reporting — MF holdings, XIRR, absolute and category-relative returns, capital-gains statements, and tax-loss harvesting insights

• Partner Integrations — RTA integrations with CAMS and KFintech, exchange MF platforms (BSE

StAR MF / NSE MFSS), and AMFI data feeds

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key areas within our Mobile CRM product line. This role is for someone who has hands-on expertise in building and scaling mobile applications, understands the nuances of mobile-first product design, and can translate customer problems into well-scoped, high-impact product solutions for field-force users. You will own specific product areas end-to-end from discovery and prioritization to design, engineering collaboration, and go-to-market working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ship great mobile experiences.

Job Purpose:

Own portfolio P&L and unit economics; drive lifecycle levers; design affluent collections with Risk; govern benefit costs and migrations; and deliver disciplined MIS, forecasting and reviews.

· Lifecycle growth levers (activation, usage, spend deepening, attrition reduction)

Primary Responsibilities:

· P&L & Unit Economics

· Build unit-level metrics and P&L with Finance

· Prepare monthly portfolio MIS (spends, activation, attrition)

· Ensure timely monthly budgeting and provisioning

· Track partner-led product costs and profitability (e.g., Maharaja Points)

· Rewards economics and breakage modelling with periodic ROI reviews and benefit rationalization cycles (quarterly/annual).

· Formal EWS (early warning) and behaviour scorecards for affluent cohorts; playbooks for pre‑emptive line controls and treatment paths.

· UPI‑on‑Credit adoption tracking, MCC/category controls, and merchant/category stimulus strategy.
