Key Responsibilities:

• Final inspection of assemblies and finished products against engineering drawings and specifications
• Incoming inspection of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies
• Dimensional and visual inspection of machined parts; review and validation of CMM inspection reports
• Inspection of painted/coated parts as per defence and aerospace standards
• In-process and final visual inspections to identify defects and non-conformities, along with corrective action recommendations
• Responsible for preparing & reviewing ATP, QTP, FMEA, and QT documents
• Planning and execution of internal audits and certification-related activities
• Supplier quality inspections, audits, and final acceptance activities
• Cross-functional coordination teams- engineering, production, and supply chain to resolve quality issues, implement preventive controls, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues.
