VR ALUCAST is an ISO 9001:2015 certified aluminium high-pressure die casting company. We are preparing for IATF 16949 certification and VDA 6.3 audits within the next six months and are looking for a hands-on Quality Head to lead this journey.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead IATF 16949 implementation and certification
• Prepare and manage VDA 6.3 system and process audits
• Act as the primary quality interface for customers and auditors
• Own quality documentation from inward material to dispatch
• Handle customer-specific requirements and audit follow-ups
• Lead PPAP and APQP activities
• Support and lead quality activities during new product development
• Drive rejection reduction and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in aluminium die casting or automotive manufacturing
• Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA
• Exposure to VDA 6.3 audits (certification preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers and auditors
• Practical, shop-floor oriented approach to quality
