We are seeking a Product Quality Manager to lead product reliability assurance for electronic products in an EMS environment. The role involves executing HALT/HASS programs, driving EVT/DVT/PVT validation cycles, conducting failure analysis, and ensuring robust metrology and cosmetic quality controls. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical depth in reliability methodologies, environmental testing, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance product robustness and quality. Extensive hands-on experience performing mechanical, environmental, chemical, and electrical/electronic reliability tests.

What You’ll Do

• Manage reliability assurance activities across EVT, DVT, and PVT phases for new products.
• Develop and execute HALT/HASS programs to identify early design and process weaknesses.
