About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Lead to drive efficiency, scalability, and excellence across our talent acquisition function. This role will play a critical part in optimizing recruiting processes and delivering a seamless candidate experience from application through offer acceptance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and optimize end-to-end recruiting operations.
• Ensure effective controls are in place and drive a culture of compliance for the TA function.
• Establish and drive best practices for data integrity.
• Identify and implement improvements to coordination processes, focusing on efficiency, candidate experience and compliance.
• Leverage data and analytics to provide insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Enhance and manage recruiting systems to streamline workflows.
• Manage the Agency Preferred Supplier List and invoicing process.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiting operations professionals.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and financial services regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 10–15 years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or HR operations
• Background
