We already work with 500+ creators globally, and this is a long-term opportunity for creators who can consistently produce and post content.

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form UGC videos for Airlearn

• Cross-post each video on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook

• Follow a structured content system with scripts, hooks, audio, and posting guidance provided by our team

You can choose from two monthly deliverable options:

• 100 videos/month — 300 total posts across 3 platforms

• 200 videos/month — 600 total posts across 3 platforms

Compensation

Fixed monthly payout:

• ₹10,000 for 100 videos/month

• ₹20,000 for 200 videos/month

Payment is made upon successful completion of all monthly deliverables, as per the contract.

Viral Performance Bonuses

You can also earn bonuses for videos that perform well organically within 7 days of posting:

Social Media Manager — Food-Tech (Remote)

About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own the voice, presence, and performance of our brand across all social platforms. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of food culture, technology, and community: ideal for someone who can move fluidly between scrappy real-time content and a longer-term brand strategy. You'll report into the VP of Digital and partner closely with Content, Brand, Growth, and Customer teams to turn social into a measurable growth channel, not just a brand awareness exercise.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute the organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts/Pinterest (platform mix as relevant), including content calendar, voice/tone guidelines, and day-to-day publishing

• Track and report on KPIs (engagement, follower growth, reach, share of voice, conversion-assisted metrics) and translate data into a
