You will own the people, support, and daily functioning engine of the company —across both office and warehouse.

• Handle end-to-end hiring for warehouse, production, office, and support staff

Looking for a Senior sourcing professional with deep, hands-on experience in electronic components procurement and global vendor development.

• Lead sourcing strategies for electronic components, and develop a robust vendor network.

Job Title: Senior Backend Engineer

Years of experience: 3-6 yrs.

Location: Pune

Roles and Responsibilities:

• You will own backend reliability across the full product. This role requires strong context-switching, product thinking, and the ability to work across multiple domains.
• Shipping a healthy mix of features, audits, and bug fixes - from quick 30-minute fixes to multi-day changes across multiple services.
• Owning at least one production issue end-to-end: diagnosing the issue, writing a failing test, shipping the fix, and documenting the postmortem.
• Running API audits by identifying slow, flaky, or incorrect endpoints, creating a clear checklist of findings, and either fixing them or handing them off cleanly.
