• Strong understanding of GxP regulations (GMP, GCP, GLP), FDA regulations, and compliance standards
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
• Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail
• Experience working with engineering teams to improve user experience, including design, UI collaboration, content refinement, and creation of visuals and diagrams for technical support content

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization
• Firm understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC)
