Purpose:
As a Junior Writer/ Graphic Design Associate, you will assist in creating and maintaining product
documentation, help design infographics and diagrams, and ensure visual consistency across
manuals, brochures, and digital assets. The position requires basic technical knowledge, writing
skills, and a willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Areas Of Responsibility:
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals,
datasheets, application notes, and whitepapers.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather accurate technical information.
Ensure documentation adheres to style guides, branding standards, and terminology
databases.
Maintain version control of documentation and ensure timely updates aligned with product
lifecycle stages.
Support cross-functional teams by providing feedback on brand adherence, content clarity,
and terminology consistency.
Use tools like Microsoft Visio, Draw.io and other graphic design software to create industry
standard drawings.
Contribute to the development of standard drawings/Videos/Presentations using Adobe All
Apps tools.
Experience and Qualification:
2-5 years of experience in graphic design preferably in the semiconductor or IT industry.
Basic knowledge of documentation tools like Oxygen XML Editor/FrameMaker
Working knowledge of developing standard drawings/Videos/Presentations using Adobe All
Apps tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
Experience with Microsoft Visio, Draw.io or other graphic design software to create industry
standard drawings.
Contribute to the development of documentation standards and processes.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product
managers, and marketing professionals.
Proactively identify documentation needs and propose solutions with AI and Emerging tools
Demonstrate a sense of ownership in work and deliverables.
Technical And Behavioral Skills:
Understanding of basic semiconductor concepts is a plus.
Familiarity with content creation tools like Oxygen XML, Arbortext editor, or FrameMaker
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adopt structured documentation practices, such as topic-based
writing and DITA standards.
Qualifiers for the Role / Necessary Experience and Skills Required for the Role:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Graphic design, or a related field.
