​Primary Objectives:

1. ​Implement school IEP goals at home.

2. ​Develop vocal speech (words/phrases) and integrate AAC methods.

3. ​Manage behaviors and implement positive reinforcement strategies.

​Candidate Requirements:

1. ​Degree in Psychology, ABA, or Special Education PREFERRED

2. Proven experience with non-verbal learners and behavioral management.

3. ​Commitment to a structured 8-hour daily routine.

4. ​Willingness to provide weekly progress reports and coordinate with school staff.

Job Duties:
