About the Team:

Varahe Analytics is seeking highly skilled Hindi translators to support our projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of both English and Hindi and a passion for delivering accurate, impactful communication.

What Would This Role Entail?

• Write clear, fluent, and polished Hindi that reads naturally, not like a literal translation.
• Translate content from English to Hindi with accuracy.
• Review and edit others' Hindi documents.
• Improve grammar, tone, flow, and consistency in Hindi content.
• Maintain terminology consistency across documents.
• Work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Japanese Translator & On-Ground Interpreter to work closely with the Wrestling coaching team, enabling seamless communication between the Japanese coach and athletes. This role goes beyond conventional translation and requires active involvement on the training floor to help interpret, demonstrate, and reinforce techniques with clarity and precision.

The ideal candidate will combine strong Japanese language skills with a working understanding of techniques and training environments .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time interpretation between the Japanese coach and athletes during training sessions
• Translate and convey technical instructions, corrections, and feedback accurately and clearly
• Assist the coach in demonstrating and reinforcing techniques on the mat , ensuring athletes understand positioning, movement, and intent
• Bridge cultural and communication gaps to ensure effective coach-athlete engagement
• Support translation of training plans, notes, and performance feedback
• Ensure consistency in terminology and technical vocabulary related to wrestling
• Work closely with the coaching and performance team to maintain smooth day-to-day operations
• Be present during camps, competitions, and team meetings as required

Hands on expertise in Japanese language speaking, interpretation and working with multiple stake holders ·

Proven experience in people collaboration. ·
