As a Senior UI Designer, you'll lead the visual design of digital products across platforms, collaborating closely with UX strategists, developers, and brand teams to shape interfaces that are as usable as they are beautiful.

This is more than a production role - it's an opportunity to grow into a Design Lead, guiding creative direction and mentoring junior designers along the way.

Your Role:

• Interface Design: Design responsive, accessible, and visually compelling UI for web and mobile experiences.
• Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable systems and UI libraries for consistent design execution across projects.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of UI design experience ideally in an agency or product-driven setting.
• A portfolio showcasing strong visual design across web, mobile, and digital product interfaces.
• Fluency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and design handoff platforms such as Zeplin or Avocode.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user flows.
• Bonus: Experience with motion design, animation prototyping, or basic front-end (HTML/CSS) knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of proven experience in creating intuitive, user-centered designs for digital products. This role requires a perfect blend of creative thinking, technical skills, and strategic mindset to deliver exceptional user experiences that drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design Strategy & Planning

• Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to guide product development
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements and design specifications

Design Execution

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
• Design responsive interfaces that provide optimal experiences across different devices and screen sizes

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing teams

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
• 5-6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and successful product launches

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with prototyping tools like Principle, Framer, or In Vision
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
• Experience with design handoff tools and version control systems

• Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a user-centered design approach
