Overview: As BHIVE rolls out its community app features, member directory, and benefits platform, the Management Trainee – Community Tech & Ops will be the execution engine connecting on-ground community with technology, data, and processes. This role is ideal for someone who loves community but thinks in systems, flows, and dashboards.

You'll be the bridge between community strategy and scalable operations – building the infrastructure that makes BHIVE's community model work at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology & App Integration:

• Work with Community Lead and Tech team to operationalize app features: member directory, event listings, registrations, attendance tracking, and feedback flows
• Support design and implementation of app features (member discovery, community groups display, event management, member benefits hub)
• Maintain integrations between community events, WhatsApp groups, and the BHIVE app

Data & Member Management:

• Maintain and regularly update data on members, segments (members, ex-members, investors, supporters, startup ecosystem, etc.), and their engagement levels
• Support design and roll-out of the Engagement Grid in a structured format (Sheets/CRM/app) – documenting who gets access to which events, groups, and benefits

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Skills: Body-in-White (BIW) Component Development (Sheet Metal, Stamping, Weldments)

• APQP Leadership: Lead and manage the entire APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process for new BIW components, ensuring all phases are completed on time with cross-functional sign-offs .
• Specification Management: Understand Specification & Requirement from the design team and communicate them accurately to potential suppliers.
• Supplier Qualification: Drive Supplier Identification, Supplier Selection, and conduct mandatory Supplier Audit and capability assessments for new vendors.
• Tooling & Manufacturing: Leverage deep Tooling, Raw Material and manufacturing Process Knowledge to monitor and approve tooling design, fabrication, and trials. Ensure component manufacturability and meet the Quality proving requirements.
• Travel whenever required for supplier visits, technical audits, and tooling trials.
