Job Title: Product Designer (UX & UI)

Experience: 2+ Years (Individual Contributor)
About YOTTA:
YOTTA is building the future of AI-powered enterprise tools, from no-code AI platforms and agent orchestration solutions to secure, scalable LLM systems. Our mission is to simplify and elevate how users interact with complex AI workflow, making that power accessible, trustworthy, and intuitive.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of purposeful UX and high-polish UI. This is a highly hands-on role with complete ownership over specific product areas ideal for someone who values craft, systems thinking, and autonomy, without the baggage of people management.
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and our AI teams to transform abstract AI logic and enterprise user needs into thoughtful, modern, usable interfaces. You'll be empowered to lead projects from initial discovery to delivery, with guidance from a design lead and collaboration with experienced peer designers.
If you're not already from an AI or ML background but have a passion for learning and a track record of mastering new domains quickly, we strongly encourage you to apply. We value designers who are excited to dive into advanced topics, adapt fast, and grow their craft in an ever-evolving space

You've worked with design tokens, system documentation, and know how to prioritize global design consistency.
Delivery Partners
Excellent communicator who works comfortably with PMs, engineers, and QA to ensure the design translates well in production.

About the company
We help companies evaluate engineering talent through simulation-based assessments. Instead of relying on resumes, generic technical screens, or low-signal interviews, we help hiring teams see how candidates actually perform in realistic technical environments.
We're building hiring infrastructure for companies that care deeply about quality-of-hire, speed-to-hire, and trust in the hiring process. Our product sits in a high-stakes part of the workflow, so design matters: the experience needs to feel clear, rigorous, modern, and credible from the first interaction.
The Role
We're hiring a Product Designer to help define the product experience.
This is a high-trust role for someone with exceptional taste, strong product judgment, and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality. You'll work directly with the founders to shape the experience across both sides of the platform: the companies using us to evaluate talent, and the candidates moving through the assessment process.
We're looking for someone who can bring an enterprise-grade level of polish and clarity to a product that deals with complex workflows, structured decision-making, and high-trust interactions. You should be comfortable operating with ambiguity, moving fast, and setting a high bar for what "good" looks like.
What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
Especially Excited About People Who
Portfolio Inspiration
We operate in a domain where trust, signal, and usability matter a lot. The right designer will help define how the product feels at a foundational level: clear enough for candidates, powerful enough for enterprise customers, and elegant enough to stand apart in a category that often feels clunky or generic.

About Naya
Naya was co-founded by Vivek and Saad at Harvard after 10+ years of real-world struggle in coordinating the chaos of the design process. Backed by some of the world’s best investors, they developed a platform which brings the entire digital workflow into one home.
