Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user journeys across digital banking and financial platforms
• Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and UI flows
• Simplify complex financial processes into intuitive customer experiences
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and research teams
• Conduct usability testing and user research
• Support design system consistency and accessibility standards
• Design experiences for:
• Payments & transfers
• Account servicing
• Lending & mortgage journeys
• Wealth & investment platforms
• Financial insights dashboards and alerts

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in UX / Interaction /

Experience: 1 to 2 years Reports to: Founder

• Learn the product, customer, and category without being told.
