We are looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics Video Editor who is passionate about turning complex medical and educational concepts into visually engaging videos using motion graphics, animation, AI tools, and modern editing techniques.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for the complete post-production process of educational videos.

Working closely with our pediatrician, research team, scriptwriters, and in-house designer, you will create premium-quality educational content for YouTube, Instagram, and the PaedsCare learning platform.

This is not a social media reel editing role. We are looking for someone passionate about creating premium educational videos using motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Title: Video Producer (Performance Marketing)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Video Producer who can take complete ownership of end-to-end video production for performance marketing, lead generation, brand awareness, and pre-sales campaigns. This role demands a strong blend of creative thinking, production execution, and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for translating marketing objectives into high-performing video assets—delivered at speed, scale, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Ownership

• Take complete ownership of video/ad projects from brief to final delivery
• Understand campaign objectives (performance, lead gen, awareness) and align video output accordingly
• Ensure timely delivery with high production and storytelling standards

2. Pre-Production Planning

• Break down scripts and concepts into actionable production plans
• Plan shoots including location, casting, props, schedules, and crew requirements
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to refine scripts for video effectiveness

3. Production Execution

• Lead and manage shoots on-ground or remotely
• Direct talent and coordinate with cinematographers to achieve desired visual output
• Ensure efficient use of time, resources, and crew during production

About the role

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes video.

Someone who watches a reel, ad, film, or campaign and immediately starts thinking about how it was made. Someone who understands both the creative side of storytelling and the operational side of making things happen.

This role is for a builder.

You'll lead video production across campaigns, social media, performance marketing, retail, launches, creator collaborations, and everything in between. You'll work closely with the creative, brand, social, performance, and content teams to ensure ideas move smoothly from concept to execution.

You'll be responsible for building systems, managing production and logistics, improving workflows, and helping PALMONAS create content at both quality and scale.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end video production across camp
