We're looking for a Brand & Web Designer who can shape how our clients (and our own projects) look, feel, and convert. If you love turning a blank canvas into a sharp brand system, designing landing pages people actually want to scroll, and thinking in motion as much as in layout, you'll feel right at home.

This isn't a "make it pretty" role.

You'll work directly with founders, marketers, and our Webflow developer to design distinct, high-converting websites, from the first moodboard to the final Figma handoff. You'll own the design side end-to-end: brand direction, web and landing page layouts, design systems, and the animation thinking that makes a site feel alive. Think part brand designer, part web designer, part storyteller.

This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, detail, and fast iterations. Someone who cares as much about why a design works as how it looks.
